Homeward Bound is a global transformational leadership initiative dedicated to elevating women and non-binary individuals in STEMM to lead with impact and influence for a better future. The initiative comprises a 12-month online leadership program and experiential leadership expeditions to unique destinations, fostering a global network of women and non-binary individuals committed to driving change.

Challenge
